An Iconic Rustic Glam Wedding at the Bridgeport Art Center
/We do lots of weddings in the city of Chicago, but this one really captured the vibe of the Chicago soul in a way that many haven't. For their celebration, Christina + Chad chose an exposed wood loft with an amazing Chicago skyline that was complemented by the rustic wood chair accents, and chandelier lights.
The start of the day began at the Westin in Chicago, and after a beautiful first look in the lobby, we also went out on the town to get some fun group photos at Millenium Park, and then headed to Skyline Loft for the ceremony. Just prior to the ceremony, Chad and Christina went to a room to read the letters they had written to each other. There wasn't a shortage of tears in that room, and it really set the tone for the moment they were just about to have at the Ceremony. The ceremony glistened with the light from the skylight that ran all the way down the aisle and illuminated all of the bridal party and the bride as well.
After a beautiful ceremony, we snuck the bride and groom out to the roof to capture some romantic moments set in front of the beautiful Chicago skyline and a few inside the building as well.
The reception really closed out a great night because everyone was looking to dance and have fun!
