Give permanence to your love stories

Permanence. The ideal you can take a story from day one and tell it twenty years later and it still has the same meaning. This philosophy plays a huge role in our methodology as we craft our photography.

For Sayeedah, when she was looking for a photographer to capture her beautiful wedding, she wanted images that felt true to the color of her skin, and one that would lose it’s iconic look a year later. We color grade your memories with true colors in mind, knowing that while it may not have Google Photos latest trend, it will last the test of time!

Sayeedah and Ray got married at the beautiful Lake Nona Country Club in Orlando, Florida. A place surrounded by nature, beautiful sunsets and well thought architecture and design.

For Sayeedah, having images that would capture the essence of her day, keeping it so real to each moment was the most important part of her wedding budget. Now she writes in her Instagram

Looked forward to this moment my whole life, not even sorry about the spam

Details made meaningful

You know these two have a huge heart for people, when they chose to throw a special party not just to celebrate their wedding, but for all their friends and family to come together and celebrate their New Year at the beautiful Palmer House in Chicago, IL. These people P-a-r-t-y hard! A live band, open bars, a confetti canon and amazing food are all short from how fun this wedding truly was!

For Sarah and Kinshuk, their love story has been even better than a movie. They referenced the movie “When Harry Met Sally” at their wedding ceremony, because when Sarah saw that movie, she said to her sister that she was going to get married at the Palmer House. And wouldn’t you know, they both met in college years, and traveled from Chicago to New York during their relationship, and in the end, she got her wish.

Images that you will love in years to come

For our bride Sayeedah, when it came to planning her wedding, she visited a Bridal Expo in Florida, in which she meant to meet wedding vendors in person, and finding if she had good chemistry with them. We happened to be in this expo, and not only she chose us right away, but we also chose her right there and then. She told us how photography was her number one priority at her wedding, and she wanted images that she would love for years to come. So then we knew, it was a match made in Florida! :)

Many times our planning consultation heavily focuses on what locations we are going to photograph you and your bridal party, but this wedding in beautiful Florida proved to us that not only the weather can take an unexpected spin on us, caring less of what we had planned. For us, it meant it was time to improvise when Sunny Florida had us endure a heavy rain during her wedding.

We quickly realized that when two people are this deeply in love, we don’t need to go too far to find a beautiful space to photograph the precious moments of your wedding feels. We stepped into her Reception Dream wedding venue and we didn’t need to go any further. In fact, the rain made it for a beautiful backdrop at night with the city lights in the background.

You can’t not notice the way this groom sees his bride all day long, but more so during her first glance at his stunning bride walking down the isle… people clapped, and smiled so hard during this moment. It was so cute! I mean, his eyes say it all!

A perfect place to start is your own ceremony and reception space.

We left Florida with great hopes to come back for more, and ever so grateful to have met such a wonderful couple with an even greater family!

We also can’t help it but to brag about the wonderful vendors we came across. Not only we feel we have some new friends, but also great connections to recommend to our new brides from that area. All in all we had a wonderful experience, and we are so blessed to have been there celebrating with Sayedaah and Ray.

We have pictures to share for years… We have so many that we decided to split this post into two blog posts…

Thanks for your comments on these images, your words feed our creative souls!

Xoxo, Jon and Vicky!

Manesh & Anjalee

When two people are connected at the heart, it doesn’t matter what they do, who they are, but where they are going… and these two are going to their forever after!

When we walked into the room, we felt like family to them. There were so many familiar faces that greeted us with hugs and remembered our names. A few of our older couples were a part of this wedding, and we got to party with them. So fun when this happens!

and if you think these family got wild at Sindhura’s Grah Shanti, wait until you see these images! These people were all in! And while Anjalee pretty much got her whole body covered in paste, and ended up washing off with a hose outdoors, I can say I had never seen a groom getting his clothes tore and he ended on his underwear.. no joke!

okay, so just look at how it escalated… they started with a little paste here and there, and then they got so so wild at him!

After hours of hair, make up, henna and all sorts of blessings, this beauty was on her way to see her husband to be! so exciting! She looked stunning!

First look always gets our hearts beeping so fast!
